Stepworks or Stepfit?

[exercise forever]

Hi ladies,

I am buying two of the clearance vhs workouts. I have powermax already but it is wearing out, so I am getting it again. I am having a hard time deciding between stepfit and stepworks. I was wondering if those who have these could help me with my decision.

I have both and I use SW much more often. The choreography is great and it is a bit tricky but it really gets your heart rate up. Not to say that Stepfit doesn't but SF is a little older and I like the music better in SW. Hope this helps,

Stepworks is more of a "bang for your buck" tape - a more intense workout for the time invested. The choreography may take a while to catch on to, but it never gets boring. One of my favorite Cathe tapes.

definitely stepworks-it will give you a great steady state cardio workout.

Thanks guys- I was kind of leaning towards stepworks too! I think step fit is alot like powermax from what I have seen in the video clips. Thanks for your input.

SW is awesome - I just did this one today and was sweating profusely!!

I love Step Works. The second segment is like a short interval routine. I hardly ever use Step Fit. It's a good workout, but after a while I got tired of it. This is one of those workouts where Cathe spends more time teaching. I've gotten used to her doing the workout as is, and me spending time learning each tricky segment.
