I have Body Target 60, purchased for the same reasons you named. I wanted a new circuit WO and the minimal equipment appealed to me. I like it. The cardio portions are basically low-impact and the compound sculpting moves are fresh, quite a few adding a little balance challenge to it. I would say it’s a challenging intermediate WO but probably not something for our high-intensity junkies.
The menu options let you choose either:
Body Target 60 (which is the workout + all 3 10-minute add-ons: Arms, Butt, and Core)
Total Body 30
Total Body 30 + one add-on
Target Arms (10 minutes)
Target Butt (10 minutes)
Target Core (10 minutes)
So far, I’ve done Total Body 30. I intended to add on one of the target areas but discovered the workout is actually about 35 minutes (not 30) by itself and about 41 minutes with the cooldown, so I ran out of time before work that morning. I later previewed the 3 target sections, and they looked good: a few different moves mixed in to keep things interesting.
My only complaint would be with the names of the segments. I was confused at first by “Body Target 60” and “Total Body 30.” To me, it wasn't quite clear what each entailed. I would appreciate it if instructors would be precise in their descriptions & titles. If it’s not 30 minutes, don’t say it is. As I said, with the cooldown in this case, it’s slightly over 40 minutes. I don’t have a problem with that length, but just be upfront about it. So, a minor quibble, but the WO itself, for me, is a keeper.
