Cathe, any words of wisdom for those of us who have no cordination (well maybe just a tiny bit) and deperatly want to do your step videos? I ordered Interval Max and Power Circuit: Cross train Express (I ordered on a Monday and they were here on Wednesday:). Cross train Express was hard for me, Interval Max, I think my cat was laughing... Is there an easier one to start with? I thank you for any advice. Gettingfitmom:)

Not Cathe, but I would recommend starting with Basic Step & Body Fusion or even Cardio & Weights. Hang in there--once you get the terms down it becomes a lot easier and you'll know what to expect. Her step workouts are SO addictive that once you start getting the moves you'll never be able to stop! Also, her Cardio Hits DVD has some excellent workouts. I am a huge fan of Step Works (even though that one is pretty intermediate/slightly advanced choreography.
 
I have given Cardio and weights a thought. I tried again w/ the Cross train Express and actually got yhe kick boxing steps down. I think it's the fast feet movement that gets me (also adding in the arms) I'll keep plugging along. Thanks for the advice:) Gettingfitmom
