Step

I am doing my best to learn Cathe's step combinations. I just purchased IMAX 3 as I really enjoy IMAX 2. However, I am at a loss after the warm-up. My time for exercise is precious to me (I have children) and I can't take the time to study the DVD. What would be a good DVD to do in between these 2. I have Cathe's Basic Step, but that's way too easy. I also have her DVD of 5 workouts, 3 of those being step. I can do those. Anyone have any suggestions????

You might want to try Low Max. Cardio Hits is another good one (although it's older) which breaks down the moves a little more and is a bit more athletic.

As far as IMAX 3, try the premix of step only (without the blasts). I found this fun and enjoyable and helped me learn the steps (although for some reason, I always seem to mess up on the 8th segment). By doing the premixes, you break down all the step, and I found that's how I conquered IMAX 3. (I love it now!)

If you have Step Jam, Power Max, or Step Fit those are fun and can be learned relatively quickly.

I don't have the 3 you mention. I will try them and see if they help. I definitely feel like there is a hole between IMAX 2 and IMAX 3 that needs to be bridged. Thanks!

I finally just ordered IMAX 2 when I preordered STS. I waited because I already have Cardio&Weights from when I purchased my step nearly a year ago. I'm hoping it's not to complicated because I just now feel comfortable doing the original IMAX, LoMax (not perfect though) most of LIC so surely this can't be to hard, can it?
