I've been doing Cathe workouts consistently for about 3 months now. I took a 6 month break prior to this because I was training for a marathon. Now that I am fully back to a varied workout schedule I usually weight train four times a week and do cardio every day. Saturday is my long run day and I do another shorter run during the week. All other cardio has been Cathe step workouts.
I've done Step Max, Step Fit, Power Max, Step Blast and Low Max. Step Blast is my favorite by far. It took about three tries before I got it all down but the fun factor kept me coming back. The other step tapes I have but haven't tried yet are Step Works, Step Jam, All Step and Rythmic Step.
My question is which of the four that I haven't tried is closest to the fun of Step Blast?
Also, I have some of Cathe's circuit workouts (Boot Camp, Cardio and Weights, Body Max, Terminator). Where would any of these fit in with my current rotation? With weight training four times a week it's not clear to me when to do these since they also include resistance training.
