I personally consider CK to be mixed to high impact with all of the jacks, sequential power kicks, ice breakers, and power hops. But like all of Cathe's videos, you can modify. But if you are looking for all low impact, Cathe's cardio tapes might not be your ticket. How about her strength videos... Hey, we are always looking for new recruits here on the forum!
