Step Question...

Hi Everyone,

I have the Original Step (teal and purple). Can that be used in the STS (which I will be purchasing shortly) instead of the black and grey one that Cathe uses? Also, can the risers on Cathe's website be used with it if I purchase those? Any info anyone can give would be so helpful!

Yes, the black and grey step is the same.

My old purple risers fit my black and grey step. But, for some reason I thought I read that some people had issues with the black risers not fitting properly with the teal step.


If you don't already have the high topper, I think this would be a better purchase to increase the amount of steps you need instead of purchasing each riser separately. A single riser is $14.99 each. The 12" high topper is $59.99. Plus you'll have another piece of equipment that Cathe uses in her DVD's.

I recently (December 2) purchased 2 purple J-Fit risers on Amazon. They were $27.70 with free Super Saver shipping. They match my existing ones and fit exactly. But I'm not seeing them on the site today--maybe they're out? I have the teal and purple step and have had no problems with the black risers fitting that step. I also bought the slanted risers and have had no "fit" problems. I used my step and a combination of purple,gray and black risers as well as the slanted risers through 2 rounds of STS

You know I almost purchased these from J-fit a few months ago. I wasn't sure they would fit, so I backed off. Glad they worked for you.
