I'm new to Cathe and haven't done any of her step workouts yet. The only step I have is the Firm step (the one where the "risers" are connected to it and fold in and out). Will this step be sufficient for doing her step routines? I'd really hate to have to buy another step. I'd appreciate anyone's input especially if they are familiar with the step I'm describing and have had, or have not had, success using it for Cathe's routines. Thanks guys!!
