Step question

Hello,

I have been doing Cathe's step dvd's using a Reebok step from a few years ago. I was wondering if it is worth buying the step the Cathe sells here. Is it relly better or is the Reebok one just fine. Is Cathe's more "squishy"? Think if it is it may be better on the joints.

Hi. I, like you, have also been using the Reebok step but I definitely plan on purchasing the step Cathe uses. It has a much wider base and I would feel much more comfortable not worrying that I'm going to go flying off the step doing certain moves.
