Step, Jump, Pump - Premix #3 Step and High and Low

I am working through Cathe's December rotation, and I have the VHS tape of Step, Jump, & Pump. What does premix #3 include so I can fast forward through what is not in it?
 
If you have the tape, do the warm-up and step, and then the hi-lo segments, fast-forwarding through all the weight segments. I think there are 4 total hi-lo segments. Then skip the abs, and go right to the stretch. Hope this helps!
