Hey everyone! ") Just a quick question. I do not have this workout yet and was wondering what others think of it. I am an advanced exerciser and love Cathe. I know there are some awesome premixes on the DVD so do you think it would be a wise purchase. Thanks for the input in advance! ")

Hi Kristen:) I never do the workout 'as is', but do enjoy the cardio premixes, sometimes I use the SJP upperbody work as an add on to other upperbody work which finishes the arms off quite nicely}( StepBlast is just that....a BLAST, one of Cathe's best all step workouts. In my opinion, this DVD is a great addition and definitely a wise purchase.

This is a great DVD! It has tons of premixes and is just a whole lot of fun! I think it's a definite must have!

I love both of these workouts....they are so much fun. The only thing I don't love though is Cathe's cueing. She cues on the move, rather than before....so it takes a few reps for me to "get it." But, they are soooo much fun.

I just love Step Jump and Pump! I think the cardio is a great mix of step and floor cardio and I like the weight segments.

While definitely a not hard core weight workout, you will still get some benefits from weight training.

It is a great circuit workout, but the first two cardio sections flow from step into floor cardio, so you get a good solid cardio workout before the circuits begin.

I use it as is all the way through and I have never done any of the premixes, although they sound great.

You can also alter the sound to louder music, normal, or vocals.

I am music driven, so after learning the workout, I always use the music louder option.

And there are not push ups for chest work -- a welcome break for me since I hate pushups (but I do them).

I would buy the workout for sure -- it's fun, upbeat, and I like the music.
