step jump and pump-what was I thinking

This week is a recovery week from heavy wts.I decided to do this one today for the first time.I started with the hi/low and proceded skipping the step portion(I'm a klutz).It was alot tougher than I thought it was a good workout and one I will reach for often.another overlooked treasure on my end.
 
I like this workout, too. I also like the premixes to add on to any workout. I do the weights only premix often. You may want to consider doing the step portion, too. It is not very complex. I was able to get most of it on the first try.
