Step Inches ?

Ok, I hvea question about step inches for the original step adn the High Step. What are the inches? Like for 6', 8' and all the other inches everyone talks about when refering to step height. Whenever I do Cathe step workouts, I just use how ever many risers she does. Obviously I'm not a math person:+

Using the step by itself is 4". The step with 2 risers (1 on each end) is 6". The step with 4 risers (2 on each end) is 8". So basically, adding a riser to the height adds 2".

Another stupid question about the High Step inches. Ok what are the high step inches when you add risers? Or are they the same as the original step?
