Step Fit

I just did this tape for the first time....loved it!! I previously have done Power Max, MegaStepBlast, and Step Heat, but this one just seems so different to me. Step Jam and Step Max are in the mail as we speak! Just wanted to share my experience for anyone out there contemplating their next Cathe purchase.

Step Fit is MY FAVORITE CATHE STEP TAPE. Why?? I guess because she's having fun and there's enough "recovery" time. And, i love the way the moves go together...
