Step Fit vs. Step Jam

Hi girls,
I have a question before purchasing one of those two videos. How many of you prefer Step Fit over Step Jam or Step Jam over Step Fit? Which one of those is less dancy? Thank you, guys!

I myself prefer Step Jam but I like dancey choreography. You would probably prefer the Step Fit as it is not as dancey, except for the Macarena cool-down which is excellent! They are both quite intense!:9 Let me know which one you choose!

I also prefer Step Jam just because I too like the dancier choreography.

Poisonally, I find Step Jam really boring (makes me feel sluggish) and very rarely do it.

Step Fit is a much better step workout!

Hey guys,
Thanks for helping me out. I chose Step Fit mainly because it's not too dancy. I already have enough dancy videos which I can't stand anyway. Kathy Smith is dancy enough so I only do her once a week. I also mistakingly bought Christi Taylor's Hi Lo Aerobics tape without realizing how dancy she was. I've never done it so it's sitting on top of the tv collecting dust. Is there any way I can get rid of her? How do you sell videos you already own? I just bought it 2 months ago.

good choice - I have both and like both but StepFit is my favorite of the two!

I too tend to reach for Step Fit more although I do like Step Heat too! Step Jam is fun, but I have to be in the mood!;-) Susan
