Always mirror the instructor in an aerobics video. (Once in a while they may say "left" when they mean "right"--but that's extremely rare (especially with Cathe!) It's their job to cue the way we step. (An INCREDIBLY hard thing to do!) Always step up on the foot that you see her using. Don't try to flip flop things so that when she says right you step on your left (because that's what she's doing). I know this is very confusing, but keep at it--you'll get it. Just don't think about it too much. Almost all combinations will start on YOUR right foot so be prepared for that and you should stay right on.
