Step Blast is still pretty new for me, and having done it last week (and almost gotten it down), I didn't want to forget what I'd learned. So, for my 30min of extra cardio on Monday, I did the warmup and the challenge 2 times through. This is the first time I've used the workout blender, and it was fun! The practice was great, and it was a good, short workout. I mean, it's not nearly evil enough for the likes of A-Jock, but I felt it--especially since PLB was right after.
