I love this workout too...in fact I did it yesterday!
The sweat was just pouring off of me...had to peel my clothes off!
The workout is so deceiving because it starts out light and just keeps building in intensity and before you know it your in the midst of the challenge and begging for it to end. I think right at that point Cathe says something to the effect of "can you still feel your body"? NO!
What a blast!
