Step Blast and SJP hi/lo Premix

I just wanted to tell you all to try this premix! It alternates between the Step Segments in Step Blast and the hi/lo in SJP. After that I threw in the Abs and Planks from SJP, all in all about 70 minutes from start to finish. Great premix!!!!:D :D :D
 
I love the premixes on this dvd. I use it more than any other. I like to do them too. I've not tried your combo yet, I always get a geat workout no matter what premix I chose.
 
You know, I never even think to do any of the premixes on this dvd. But thanks for the reminder, I will have to check it out. I love SB and the hi/low and circuit sections of SJP. A combo of the two sounds fun. I'm premix ignorant! :+
 
Hey Fab40, that is why I posted this thread. I am just now venturing into the land of "premixes" and "workout blenders" and it is a heady experience. What have I been thinking?!

I think I will try the SJP step and weights circuit tomorrow. This is so cooool...
 
I love the premixes on this dvd. I especially like to do the SJP premix, where you do a round of step, hi/lo, weights; step, hi/lo, weights; etc.

Iespecially like the 90 minutes premix that mix SB with the step and hi/low of SJP.

I'm with Stayfit on the 90 min. premix. That is the most intense cardio wo I have. Last time I burned over 1000 cals! That premix is coming up this weekend. I'm doing the KPC/L&G 85 min. premix tomorrow. I will deffinately earn my upcoming rest week. I take one every 6-8 weeks. Its good for me!
