stationary bike for thighs

Hi thinkgod! Hmmm, I don't recall writing that. Oh well, in any case, I am cleared to use a stationary bike at this point in time (due to my knee recovering), so perhaps that's where the misunderstanding was.

Yes, I do feel that biking can deliver nice effects in regards to trimming the thighs, as long as a lean and healthy diet accompany your workouts. If you ever feel your legs getting more muscular than you care for, use lighter riding resistance and ride at a steady pace for about 45 minutes 3 x's per week.
