A while ago, I dropped my workouts from six days to five. A couple of weeks ago I increased them back up to six days a week to prepare for XTrain. I noticed when I dropped one day a week that my hunger decreased immediately. Now that I have increased my workout days to six, I've noticed that I am starving all the time again
Anybody else experience these changes in hunger levels?
