starting workouts backup

I am slowly starting my workout routines back up, I go for bike rides through town now and really enjoy it, Am I real nuts when I like a good sweat workout? I love it when I get real sweaty because I feel like I got a good workout in. I can't wait to start my step again, My knee is still pretty stiff and I can't seem to get my leg to straighten back out all the way yet but it is feeling pretty good though.
Does anyone keep a diary of food you eat and your workouts? I am going to start that today and keep track of my weight once a week.
 
Hi Leslie! NO way, you are not nuts! I a sweat lover too ! its good for ya! lol I try to keep track of food.... its hard, especially when I cheat, cause i dont want to admit it. As far as my workouts, I mostly keep track of heartrate and how much I lift for various excercises. Good luck with keeping your diary! Let me know how it goes... maybe you can encourage me to eat cleaner too :)
