Good morning, I'm starting my first round of STS this week and had a question about incorporating a couple of leg exercises into the rotation. I bought a squat rack that came with a bench which has the capability of doing a couple of leg exercises. When supine I can do hamstring curls and when sitting up leg extensions. I would like to use this during my STS workout, but not sure how. Would appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks.
