First of all, you will need to determine what fitness level you are. If you are just starting out, you can look in the Video & DVD Rotations Forum that you posted this thread in, at the top there are several "Sticky" threads that have been posted. The third one down is Cathe's "Beginners Rotation" thread... She tells you exactly where to start, what DVD's to get, what equipment you will need and even at the bottom what to do with your diet...
problem comes in if you don't like to step... then you may just want to peruse the DVD's in Shop Cathe at Cathe.com and see what you like... Once you find a few beginner/intermediate (or what ever level you are at) then there are lots of other Cathe rotations and some great threads/rotations by FitnessFreak that you can take a look at...
sorry, without knowing where you want to start, it's kind of hard pointing you in any sort of real direction. All I can say is that ANY of Cathe's DVD's are great! You will love them and this forum! WELCOME!
