was wondering how cathe's workouts are done in the point booster?
I think she's high intensity,but could be wrong.
The only two workouts I have so far,(just ordered many
)are basic step and body fusion.what would you rate these as?Low,Moderate,or high intensity?I know there begginer/intermediate so could they be moderate!
