Standing Core work

I think that doing some standing core work (possibly with some weights), would be a nice change of pace. Maybe transitioning from ball work to standing or visa versa?

I think that is a great idea! I just saw an infomercial (HipHop Abs)which stated that all of their core work is done without one crunch. hhhhmmmm :*
 
If Cathe ever does a follow-up to Bootcamp (which I hope she does) this would be a great addition to it. I'd much rather do standing ab work during the main part of the workout, with maybe a few floor moves at the end (along with push-ups and other floor moves).

It would also work well, IMO, in a kickbox/med ball circuit workout.
 
Love the idea. Can't have too much core work. This works very well for me since I have a sore neck.
