Standing Abs

Hey ladies I need some suggestions for standing ab work. I have Benign Postural Vertigo in my ears that flare up every once in awhile and right now with allergy season in full swing I have a sinus infection along with fluid in my ears so laying down to do ab work is just not possible. I have Turbo Jam Ab Jam and 10min Solution Belly Blaster but another suggestions would be welcome.
 
Have you tried Kickmax and Kick, Punch and Crunch workouts? They are great for working the core and fun.

I agree. Kickboxing/Boxing are great work outs for core/ab training and if you want to up the intensity try doing them with weighted gloves! :eek:

Another thought-instead of getting on your back for traditional ab work, why not do some prone plank work in addition to the standing abs?

I feel for you. I suffer from positional vertigo. It can be awful and totally gets in the way of doing things most people don't need to give a second thought to. :(
