Stacy, how's the PS rotation??

Hi Stacy!! How's the PS rotation going?? Seeing any results?? I'm just being nosey, since we're the same size. Let me know if you the chance!!

Hi!! I havent started the PS rotation yet. This month I'm simply getting back into the swing of things. I've been doing MIS and Circuit Max each once a week, then the other days just doing cardio, working out on a 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, etc schedule. I had a bunch of rotations planned out, but after this month and also since I got a recumbent bike and barbell set for xmas, I've altered a few of my previous rotations. Next month I'll be doing CTX working each body part twice a week. The PS rotation will be in March. But, so far I dont think I've lost any weight though I feel slightly more tone. Ive been having trouble with my "clean" eating. If I could ever get the eating and working out down at the same time I'd be in business. But, I'm making a bit of progress with the clean eating everyday. It's hard to go from being a couch potato to a working-out-cleaneating-machine overnight. How's your rotations going so far??? I'd love to hear about how things are going and possibly even share some rotation ideas.

I know EXACTLY what you mean about the clean eating!! I am a sugar/fat combo fool!! Cake, ice cream, brownies with lots of frosting...... I'm making myself hungry!! Over the summer, I did have down, and I have never felt better! But with all of the holidays my addiction has come back so I'm really fighting it. I doesn't help that my husband brings home goodies all the time(he has the sugar/fat addiction) because he eats whatever he wants and doesn't think twice about it! I'm doing PS once a week plus my BodyPump class on Wed. So that's 4 days for me. I'm not sure what I'm going to do in Feb. I'm debating between CTX or more of a MIS rotation. Whichever one I don't do in Feb, I'll do in March. I just haven't figured it out yet. Since T-Ball and spring soccer both start in March, I may wait to do CTX then as maintainence since I coach both and will be short on time. What do ya' think?? Any suggestions?
