Stability balls

Is there a good brand to get & what size? I've never used them and am going to need to purchase one for PUB/PLB workout. I'm 5'4 , 112lbs.

Basically it states:

5' - 5'2 = 45cm
5'2 - 5'4 = 55cm
5'4 - 5'6 = 55cm
5'6 - 5'8 = 65cm

You can purchase then anywhere from Target, Walmart etc... They tend to run about $20 or so. Hope this helps! I love using mine! Susan

Just be sure to get a 'burst resistant' or 'anti-burst' ball.
