Hi Can someone tell me what type of stability ball to buy I am 5 foot 6 inches have been working out for years I want to get it before the new videos arrive How big or whatever if there are different sizes? Thanks Lisa

For your height, you would need 65 cm.
They are sold everywhere. You can also do a search on the forums here and you'll see lots of info. Even how to fill the ball.
