Hi Paola~Check out this chart for the recommended size you should use. Keep in mind, if your legs are longer, the 65cm. MIGHT work. Your legs should form a 90* angle when you sit on the ball. (an upside down "L".) Hope this helps. Also, I am 5'4" and the 55cm is perfect for me. I have short stubs for legs! :7

I am 5'5" and my legs are of a proportional length... I am also an instructor who uses the stability ball on a regular basis. When I have a choice I prefer the 65cm ball. The 55 just seems too small without enough support. As with everything in fitness, pay attention to your own body and do what works for you... within reason of course!
