stability ball size

THANKS a bunch for your very loyal and hard work. Your an inspiration to me.
Could you please tell me what size of stability ball you use in the hardcore series? Thank you.

Not Cathe, but I believe she uses a 55cm stability ball. The size goes according to your height. I am 5'2" and I use a 55cm ball as well. I think after 5'6", you should use a 65cm ball.
