Stability Ball Size

Hi Patricia,
The balls come in about 4 different sizes, 45cm, 55cm, 65cm, 75cm. I have a 65cm ball which is fine for me as I am 5ft 8". I would probably say you could go for the 55cm, while sitting on it your legs should be at a 90 degree angle, if your legs weren't on a 55cm ball, then you can let some air out of it, to lower it. I am wondering if the 45cm would be a tad on the small side.
Not being much help am I ?
Maybe some one can jump in here for me ?

The good news for me was that the small ball came in purple, so it matches my fanny lifter and my mat. Those things are important you know.
