Stability Ball...lower body

Does anyone know of a VERY challenging stability ball workout with the major emphasis on legs??? Most "lower body" stability ball workouts I'm finding stress the core more than the lower body.

If you have these videos, you can do PLB's stability ball segment and PP's 2 stability ball lower body moves back to back. I have also done some of PS Strong Legs & Abs floor segment with the ball and found it challenging.
