Stability Ball Exercises

I'm one of those DVD'ers who, with great jealousy, has been reading about all the fun the VHS'ers have been having on their stability balls.

I decided to surf the web to find some stability ball exercises and found the following site:

It has some really fun exercises to try with and without the stability ball.

#369 looks impossible to me. The guy is STANDING on the stability ball while doing a bent over row. I'm happy I can kneel on my mine! I can't imagine standing. (I'll have to try to let some air out, I think.)

There are some stability ball videos out by Paul Check, who kneels on the ball, stands on the ball, and basically does a lot of stuff that I don't think I'd EVER be able to do on a ball!
