Let me just tell you all how entertaining I find all of you. You are bright sparks and always cheer me up. Anyway, I wanna know how many of you (if any) have this problem. When I do exercise on the stability ball, I feel like throwing up. I exercise in the morning and I do not eat before doing it But, I always have to put the brakes on it because of nausea. Am I alone?
