lisa, what does hawaian food entail? is your family the sort who tans easily? i ask as we are moving to fla this summer. i tan, despite my spf70, but dh and finn are so pasty white, will never tan, but i hope ds does not burn too badly. he gets really overheated easil;y with a layer of sunscreen. i need uv protective sunscreen.
kla, lol re seasons. in maine we have winter and mud season. this year has been nice, though. unfortunately, the bugs are coming out. yuck! great job with the walk. what kb dvds are you looking at? how many kb do you have at home? i am very interested in starting a kb program, but i don't want to invest a ton of money. hmmm
kate, thanks for the recipe. it saounds good. great job with the eats. wondering what you are making for breakfast this am.
colleen, glad you can do any cardio that does not hurt. did you get amy's kick box dvd too? i did not, and now i am wishing i did. sighhhh. i did get her asc3 and i have never tried it

just not that into full step wo's these days.
katie, did you do your weights? what is on tap for sunday?
hi anne, hi robin.
well, dh got home and my mom and brother came for dinner. it was, ah, neutral, i guess. i will just take it one step at a time. my mom's entire face was purple green and yellow from her fall last week. finn did not even blink twice! funny how kids can be so accepting and not notice some things. it was quite shiocking to me! anyways, dinner was a turkey wrap with mustard on ww with tons of veggies - ate half wrap. overall eats were good yesterday, but i feel fluffy today. not sure why. did a 10 miler this am outside (thank you dh), and it was cold but nice. not sure of plans today but i am looking forward to a healthy dinner of grilled chicken or fish, corn, brocslaw. bbl
