anne, i am so excited for you and the dog! good luck with the crate - try e bay? have you run a half marathon before? i am sure you can do it. 1 thing to try with the one legged pikes - do a reg pike onto toes, then lift one leg up and balance for 3, then lift other leg, then roll back out. repeat 8 times
colleen, good plan with the am run. we leave for burke va tomorrow - near you i think! i cannot wait to run outside in shorts.
klaud, i hear ya on the body issues. maybe you need a week off to get some strength gains? i know sometimes after i lift heavy for a while i need to back off to see the gains, if that mnakes sense. lucky girl dh went with the v - my dh refuses - what a babay.

i pushed it this am and ran a fast 5 miles (39 min) then did imax 3 blasts only. my abs were sore today from what i told anne to do. i was at work all morning, which was stressful, and my eats were about 80% d/t stress. no bad foods, just a bit too much. ah well, the weekend was perfect, so i cannot complain. now i am supposed to be packing for our trip but i had to catch up with you all. we are supposed to stay with my little sister for 2 nights before we go to the inlaws, but she sounds a bit, um, unwelcoming. i think she is stressed, and i understand that, but we are coming all that way to see her too. anyways, i just hope the boys behave and i get to run
