Hi!! I have a question about squats. Seems w/in the past 3 or 4 months, whenever I do squats I can feel my toes coming off the ground. Doesn't matter if the squat is weighted or not. But when I get to the point I can feel it in my legs and butt, I feel my toes come up and like I am losing balance. I am not going more than 90 degrees. I was thinking maybe it a muscle imbalance from front to back in my shins and calves? I wear heels most days to work, but most of the day at work I walk around in stocking feet, unless someone important is there. So its not like I'm heels all day. I also noticed today, I was sitting at my desk, and went to put my legs straight out w/ my feet flat on the back of the desk to stretch my legs out, and I can barely put my feet flat that way without some majorly uncomfortable stretching. Could the back of my legs be that much shorter than the front? How do I fix it? Thanks for any insight!!!
