Hi,
I'm sorry I don't get a chance to post here much as I love Cathe...she's such an inspiration!!
Anyway, I recently has MAJOR surgery and I won't be able to do any squats or lunges for at least a year!! It's going to take a few months to work my way back up to Cathe's workouts, but when I do I would love to have a rotation that I could do.
Does anyone have a rotation that doesn't include squats or lunges?
I have her Intensity series, Bodyblast series, and Basic Step/Body Fusion, but I'm perfectly willing to acquire more!
