Squat - free/Lunge - free Rotation??

Hi,

I'm sorry I don't get a chance to post here much as I love Cathe...she's such an inspiration!!

Anyway, I recently has MAJOR surgery and I won't be able to do any squats or lunges for at least a year!! :( It's going to take a few months to work my way back up to Cathe's workouts, but when I do I would love to have a rotation that I could do.

Does anyone have a rotation that doesn't include squats or lunges?

I have her Intensity series, Bodyblast series, and Basic Step/Body Fusion, but I'm perfectly willing to acquire more! :)

Then my suggestion would be to do any rotation but when you get to one that calls for Butts & Guts, or Legs & Glutes, etc., just do the floor work from them. If you have to, do them twice. That should keep your legs lean and defined. Just a thought.
