Hey everyone! A wonderful sleep, and now in at work, I will w/o tonight, either TBT LB or some total body weight work (not MM, too long! maybe JL R&C or STS TB...depends on my energy level). Feels so good for the computer to be basically all set up now and less stress. This week is the first week I'm doing only 3.5 days of work. I think I'll like it AND it may help improve my work mood.
Mary, the MAC seems ok, whew! don't know how it slid out of my hand! I'm trying to get my bff to go hiking next week, it's free week at the national park and be-auti-ful weather! I hope she can go (she is busy with taking care of aging parents). Anyone want to come hike?

Ronne, we need rain, but I'm loving the sunshine (not too much though, don't want any more basal cell cancers!) Good for staying on top of work! Once I get onto something I have a hard time letting it go for the next day, so I guess I'm glad for non-stressful work.....been there, done that, too old for that anymore...lol
