Spring into Summer check-in -5/27

Hello, hello...

I've been sleeping like a baby the last two nights -- YAY! Too good, in fact, that yesterday I missed my boy before he went to school. Good thing I didn't miss that today. He's usually very touchy-feely in the morning.:)

Anyway, today will be PUB. I was thinking of doing Susan's KPC/PUB combo (posted in the DVD questions forum) but I'm thinking that the intense cardio would keep me from lifting heavy, which is more important to me right now. So I'll be doing PUB chest/back or PUB chest/back/shoulders then the rest tomorrow. I'd like to make time for a killer ab routine too for today. This afternoon will be spent gardening, which I've postponed for too long already!

Hey everyone!

Just checking in. I preordered the new series, and lo and behold, it's to arrive today! Just in time! I think some beginner and intermediate workouts will be called for for the next week or so. I saw the doctor yesterday, and he said to stay out of work for the rest of the week. I'm also not suppposed to exercise until next week. I've decided Sunday counts as next week. Actually, I'm just thinking of doing Scott Cole's Millenium Stretch. I got it a couple of weeks ago, but hadn't tried it yet. I think now is the time!

Pinky, I'm glad you're sleeping better, and thanks for the vibes. I think both Michael and I feel better today. Sabine, wow, the time's going fast for your vacation. I know you'll have a blast.

Pinky, glad to hear you're sleeping better, and it's great that your husband lets you sleep in and take care of your son. What do you grow in your garden? Lots of veggies?

Sabine, I'm going away for almost 2 weeks, so in case I don't catch up with you, have a wonderful time in HI! I've never been, but always heard it's beautiful. And btw, I still have a very hard time with those pikes and lifting my legs. It's goal I've got to reach next.

Kathy, don’t feel bad if you missed some of your workout. MIS legs is really good. Something is better than nothing.

Lisa, glad to hear you and Michael are feeling better. I might have my DVD today. I'm leaving for vacation right after work, so it really doesn’t matter at this point. I can’t wait to hear your reviews.

This morning I did SH, Biceps and Triceps, and my favorite ME abs and PLB ball.

This is REALLY late (11 p.m. my time!) and all of you are asleep (you, too, Pinky...I hope!). Today was another Spinervals workout, tomorrow will be PLB and HIIT. We'll see how I feel since I'm working my legs so much with the spinning. Circuit might be better for already tired legs.

I won't be getting my new DVD until next week...let me know what you all think (I only ordered the advanced one)...I'm excited to hear your reviews!
