Spring into Summer - 6/25

Hi ladies, I'm checking in early before the rest of the day gets the better of me. Today will be a rest day for me. I've been working out everyday since Saturday, and yesterday's tough chest and back workout wiped out my upper body. Funny... I scarfed down dinner good for two people last night and still woke up famished. Amazing what heavy weights can do to you. I think another round of yoga is in store tonight.

Hi everyone,

Checking in before all the wedding stuff totally takes over my weekend. While the wedding should be fun I'm not looking forward to all the primping and such that needs to happen for pictures etc. I just want to relax and totally veg out!

Today was CIA 2202 All Out Step w/ Franny. Pretty fun step workout. I added Step Heat abs from Ab Hits to get the gut. I'm thinking of bringing a Slim Series workout or a yoga workout so I can do something before the heavy duty primping and getting ready (it's an evening wedding so I have the morning available). We'll see!

Pinky- Awesome upper body workout yesterday! No wonder you were famished! You're wise to take it easy today so you can let your body recooperate a bit.

Pinky, sounds like you deserve a rest day! I took on yesterday, if that helps.
This morning I did yet another walk jog, with a about 15 or so min of jogging and about 15 min of walking. I wans pretty proud of myself considering I've never really done any jogging to speak of before. My calves are feeling the jogging part of that though, holy cow!
I think that this afternoon will be another full body workout, but i'm not sure what yet. Maybe SS? Sounds like a good thought, I'm not sure yet though.
Well, i have to go pick up my son from preschool, better get going. I hope that you all have a great weekend. Sabine, I bet you'll have a great time at the wedding!

Hey, everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't checked in in a few days. I'm having a Lotte Berk/Kickboxing week, although I need to get both cardio and upper body in tomorrow. I'm thinking I might want to do some step, maybe 2/3 of RS or SB, and then an upper body workout, either the upper body premix from HSTA or SS or PP. I know I won't have time to do any hour of step and the weights, and I'm not sure I'm up to it right now anyway. Also, I can't decide between the upper body work in HSTA that really fries me, or some stability ball work. Decisions, decisions!

Pinky, something in your tone makes me think (hope!) that things are going a little better, at least for now.

Elizabeth, if you're checking in today, thanks for thinking of me. I'm sorry I missed saying hello that day. I'm glad to *know* you too!

Kathy, I was glad to hear the other day that things had calmed down some with your mom.

Lori, I hope your mother-in-law continues to do well.
