I'm sorry I haven't checked in in a few days. I'm having a Lotte Berk/Kickboxing week, although I need to get both cardio and upper body in tomorrow. I'm thinking I might want to do some step, maybe 2/3 of RS or SB, and then an upper body workout, either the upper body premix from HSTA or SS or PP. I know I won't have time to do any hour of step and the weights, and I'm not sure I'm up to it right now anyway. Also, I can't decide between the upper body work in HSTA that really fries me, or some stability ball work. Decisions, decisions!
Pinky, something in your tone makes me think (hope!) that things are going a little better, at least for now.
