spring clothes tight.... grrrrrr!

Guess I let my winter snacking get the better of me. I tried on some of my spring clothes this morning, and they were uncomfortably tight! Meanwhile we're going to visit MIL in FL over Easter. Is it possible to lose 5 lbs by then w/o starving myself????

I just hate that darned shrink mite that lives in my attic. Every year I store my seasonal clothes up there & every year the shrink mite makes them smaller. I'd pack him up & move him to my neighbor's attic but I think she already has 3 shrink mites living up there.

I have the same problem .. I have my winter body and my summer body.. funny .. the scale never really moves .. but things tend to have shifted in a not so flattering way .. LOL ..

.. another shocker .. how the heck do I get so dang white in the winter .. I went to FL this weekend .. put on shorts and a tank top .. I swear I could have been used as a solar reflector I am so freaking white!! JEEZE!!!

I think I have the same shrink mites that you have Laura, did you send their offsprings over???? I used to claim, it's my dryer, but now I am convinced I have shrink mites, too :+

I second the eat clean and exercise advise. Now if I could get myself to do it too, that'd be phenomenal.

Oh hell, I am having a shrink mite day too. I feel like a bloated whale and my pants are tighter around my upper thighs--a sure sign its time to crack the dietary whip. }( Crappers.
