Its always interesting to see how atheletes work out for their sport. Occasionally SI will feature one. This week is Chris Chelios the hockey player. He does a 60 minute mostly strength circuit which, from the looks of it, keeps his heart rate up too. It reminds me of High Step Challenge (maybe Drill Max too, except I don't have that one.) Its only 8 reps but he looks pretty lean rather than bulky. Here it is:
