Splitting Upper Body Pyramid into 2 days?

Hi--
I haven't done this tape yet, and was curious to know from those of you that have done it, if it is feasible to split it into two different days.

Typically, I like to workout out for about an hour or so, and like to do 1/2 hour of strength and a 1/2 hour of cardio per day.
Strength gains are my goals. So, I was thinking of doing Upper Body Pyramid twice a week in this split fashion.

From those of you brave enough to attempt this workout already, what do you think?

I definitely think you could break this workout up. I would put a day in between the workouts, though to allow enough recovery time.

If you're talking about doing the upper body work one day & the abs the next yes, but I wouldn't split the upper body weight work. I've only done this tape once but it flows very well together. From the beginning of the warm up to the end of the upper body work it's only about 44 min. You'd need to stretch afterward though which would add more time. Great tape!

Thanks for your replies and advice. I am planning on trying the tape this weekend. I will probably do the whole thing and see how it goes. I am really looking forward to trying it!
