Splitting up the January Rotation

Regarding your January (very tough) rotations: On those days where I can't get a full 90 minutes at one time, can I split the rotation to 1/2 am and 1/2 pm as long as I warm up again? If I do, will I get the full effectiveness of these extreme workouts?

Also those days where you have two videos listed (and I can fit all in at once) for example day 1, week 1: Bootcamp plus 1st 5 int IMAX 2 -- can I skip the warm up on the IMAX 2 since I'll already be warmed up?

Thanks in advance,
Sheryl

Sheryl, not Cathe here but this is what I'm doing. I will use do BC and skip the stretch, go right into IMAX2 intervals 1-5 without the w/u and then I'm going to pop the BC DVD back in and use the BC stretch because I think it will give me a more thorough stretch since it is following a circuit.

I don't know about effectiveness of splitting up the w/o's but I am doing then altogether except on days when it will be impossible due to appts, etc. then I'll split them.

Hi Sheryl! I posted a response to Kletco in the rotations forum that asked the same question. I will copy my response. Also, yes, skip the warm up for the second workout. You are fully warmed up at that point and ready to get to the "good stuff" ;-)

Hi Kletco! Doing them together would be more intense as long as you are properly fueled and focused. But if going this long makes you lose focus and you find yourself just going through the motions, then split the workouts up. Also, if you don't have enough time to do them together, split them up.

Have "fun"!
