I Subscirbe to Miriam E. Nelson, author of, "Strong Women Stay Slim", monthly newletter. In her book and newsletter she has stated that it is purfectly ok to split your Cardio workout into two section in one day and still recieve the same benifits as a long one. There are some days that I either run out of time, due to unexpected interuptions, or I just run out of steam and motivation to compleate a workout. So I finish it later in the day. What is your opinion Cathe?
