I'm new to posting here, but I've been lurking since June/July. First I have to say THANK YOU to Cathe! I'm a long time video exerciser and VF member, but I was always too scared to try your workouts. Am I ever glad I got up the courage to get MIS - I immediately fell in love with the workout and your style
To give you an idea of just how addicting your workouts have been for me, I now own PS, PH+,CTX,and S&H, on DVD, along with Power Max, Step Max, Wedding tape, MIC, and Cardio Kicks on VHS (all since the end of July 2002!). Cathe you are the best. Thank you so much! I've seen great results in the last two months with your workouts.
Now, to my S&H question:
With a little one at home, sometimes I'm too tired, or I don't have enough time to do an entire S&H workout. Will I be losing significant gains if I split them (e.g. S&H Legs in the evening, then shoulders the following morning)? Any advice or info from you and all of the educated crowd here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
